Larry G. Kirk

Larry G. Kirk served as the Chairman of the Board of both publicly held and non-profit organizations. Mr. Kirk currently serves as Chairman of the Company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Kirk also serves on the Audit Committee and qualifies as an “audit committee financial expert” as defined under Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.
