TUPELO, Miss., July 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regular quarterly meeting today, the Board of Directors of BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share. The dividend is payable October 3, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2011.
BancorpSouth earlier this week reported net income of $12.8 million or $0.15 per share for the second quarter of 2011.
