TUPELO, Miss., Jan. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regular quarterly meeting today, the Board of Directors of BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The dividend is payable April 1, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2014.
BancorpSouth earlier reported net income of $27.7 million or $0.29 per share for the fourth quarter of 2013.
