Jaggers Named to ECCHO

BancorpSouth, Inc. , a financial holding company with $13.2 billion in assets, announced today that Jeff Jaggers, Senior Vice President, Operations Administration, has been elected to serve as the Treasurer/Secretary for the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO). In addition to his two-year term, he will also serve on the Executive Committee of the Board. Jaggers is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in business administration and a native of Okolona, MS. He and his wife have two children.

ECCHO is a not-for-profit corporation with more than 2,700 member financial institutions. Member institutions currently exchange, under ECCHO rules, more than 8 billion checks per year totaling $9 trillion. Membership in ECCHO is open to every depository financial institution in the United States.
