TUPELO, Miss., Oct. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regular quarterly meeting today, the Board of Directors of BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per common share. The dividend is payable January 2, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2014.
BancorpSouth earlier reported net income of $28.8 million or $0.30 per share for the third quarter of 2014.
