TUPELO, Miss., April 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regular quarterly meeting today, the Board of Directors of BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: BXS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per common share. The dividend is payable July 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2015.
BancorpSouth earlier reported net income of $32.3 million or $0.33 per share for the first quarter of 2015.
